The K-3 team visited the Montshire Museum on Friday! Students enjoyed exploring the many exhibits and activity stations that were available! A highlight was the bubble area that used effects such a smoke, differently shaped bubble wands, a “Bubble Booth” and more. Many groups explored the trails that led you to idea places to spot Pluto at night, a birdwatching station and other forest wonders.
The biggest smash of the day was the water fountains. Students used old PVC materials to control water flow from different pipes and explored whirlpools. Students were also excited to create different boats made from cork and experimented with sailing them down the man made stream to see how they would fare. We came home tired, but happy, and full of great memories as a K-3 team.
